OUR STORY OF CARE

From Two Patients to Two Elder Care Centres

Citizens Welfare Foundation began around 2013, when its founder witnessed elderly patients being left without caregivers, treatment support or a safe place to recover. What started as Sunday service for two patients gradually became a lasting commitment to elderly people who needed shelter, dignity and dependable care.

Providing Dignified Care to Elderly People in Need

We ensure vulnerable elderly people receive safe shelter, nourishment, healthcare and dependable support.

Our mission is to provide a respectful home for elderly people who have been abandoned, rescued from the streets or left without family care. Through accommodation, meals, medicines, personal assistance and emotional support, we ensure every resident feels protected and valued.

Our vision is to build a caring society in which every elderly person has access to a secure home, appropriate healthcare and meaningful human connection. We hope to strengthen sustainable elder care services so that vulnerable senior citizens can live their later years with comfort, protection and respect.

We strengthen daily care, support residents and secure the long-term future of our elder care centres.

We aim to maintain dependable residential care for all 55 residents, support elderly people without family assistance and meet needs including rent, food, medicines, staff salaries and treatment. Every step helps create consistent, transparent and lasting care for those relying on us.
