Serving Since
Citizens Welfare Foundation began around 2013, when its founder witnessed elderly patients being left without caregivers, treatment support or a safe place to recover. What started as Sunday service for two patients gradually became a lasting commitment to elderly people who needed shelter, dignity and dependable care.

Every elderly person deserves more than shelter. They deserve to feel protected, respected and cared for every day.
Our mission is to provide a respectful home for elderly people who have been abandoned, rescued from the streets or left without family care. Through accommodation, meals, medicines, personal assistance and emotional support, we ensure every resident feels protected and valued.
Our vision is to build a caring society in which every elderly person has access to a secure home, appropriate healthcare and meaningful human connection. We hope to strengthen sustainable elder care services so that vulnerable senior citizens can live their later years with comfort, protection and respect.
We aim to maintain dependable residential care for all 55 residents, support elderly people without family assistance and meet needs including rent, food, medicines, staff salaries and treatment. Every step helps create consistent, transparent and lasting care for those relying on us.
Citizens Welfare Foundation provides more than accommodation. We create a secure, respectful home where elderly residents receive meals, personal assistance, healthcare support and dependable human care every day.
